Covid-19 Update
Whilst the current situation in relation to COVID-19 is ever-changing, we have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure that we are ready and prepared for our re-opening in June 2021.
We CANNOT wait to welcome you back, and we’d like to thank each and every one of you – our valued guests – for your loyalty, patience, and understanding. We have missed you!
Please be assured that your safety, well-being and security and that of our team is of the highest importance to us. We have always maintained the highest standards of cleaning and hygiene, and we are strictly adhering to government advice and continually monitoring protocols in line with ongoing updates.
Prior to returning to work, each member of the Team is provided with training on Safety, Sanitation and Physical Distancing protocols.
We always aim to give the warmest of welcomes and we’re proud to be known as the friendliest hotel in Kerry. For the time-being, we will have reduced contact on check-in, so our friendly handshake on arrival will be replaced by a gentle smile, nod, or a boney elbow… for now.
All areas of the hotel will be thoroughly deep-cleaned and sanitised several times throughout the day; with particular attention on ‘high touch areas’ such as door handles, elevator buttons, and reception desk. You will see sanitisation stations, social distancing markers, and other preventative measures to ensure the safety of everyone on the property
Our menus and food service periods may be slightly limited so that the menu can be produced in a safe manner in the kitchen. We will continually monitor our food and beverage service in accordance with government recommendations.
We remain vigilant and will continue to follow advice and monitor the situation very closely. THANK YOU so much again for your support and we look forward to seeing you soon!
